We noticed that he had a new tooth coming in behind one of his bottom front baby teeth, but he's had no loose teeth. The dentist had us bring him in this morning and he pulled the baby tooth.
Since we knew Casey would be apprehensive about having his tooth pulled, we told him that because the dentist had to pull his tooth, the Tooth Fairy would probably pay double the going rate so he'd get $2.
He's already got big plans for his money.
